    1 medium avocado
    1/2 C. 2% cottage cheese, small curd
    1 cilantro cube, crushed
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. Fruit Fresh powder, optional


Place avocado and fruit fresh in bowl of food processor and process slightly. Add cottage cheese and seasonings and process until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 16 2-Tbsp servings
