Introduction

Ingredients

    6 hardboiled eggs, halved
    1 medium avocado
    juice of 1/2 lime (~2 tsp)
    1 tsp red onion, minced
    1 Tbs jalapeno, minced
    1 Tbs tomato, seeded and finely chopped
    chili powder and S&P to taste

Tips

The blandness of egg yolks and avocado are complimented by salty and spicy flavours, so edit the additional ingredients to your own tastes.


Directions

Discard two yolks.

Mash avocado and remaining four egg yolks. Mix in remaining ingredients.

Scoop into the 12 egg halves.

Serving Size: two egg halves
