    1 cup Frozen Mango
    2 cups Kale
    8 oz coconut water
    1 cup nonfat greek yougurt plain
    2 TBS Chia Seeds
    2 TBS Ground Flax Seed
    Up to 2 Tbs Ginger to taste.
