*3 Slices of Deli Honey Ham, Diced
*1/4 C. Italian Blend Shredded Cheese
*1-4 oz. can mushroom pieces,
rinsed, drained and chopped fine
*4 Tbsp. diced onion
*4 Tbsp. diced red bell pepper
*10 large eggs, beaten
You can add whatever vegetables combinations you prefer. You can change the meat or cheese type, or omit it all together. After cooling completely, these can be wrapped individually in plastic wrap and then placed in freezer safe container to freeze. Simply warm them for 30 seconds or so to reheat and go!
