    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 can mixed vegetables
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    .25 chopped onions
    1 bag og boil-in-bag rice, cooked


Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add onions, garlic, and soy sauce and cook for 5 min. Combine cooked bag of rice to meat mixture. Move to a casserole dish, cover and bake for 20 min.
