    1 16 oz pumpkin canned
    2 ripe bananas
    1/3 cup coconut sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 c raisins
    1/2 cup walnuts


I use sucanat rather than coconut sugar but it wasn't in the database.


Mix first 6 ingredients in food processor and pour into silicon muffin cups, then add raisins and walnuts. Bake 30 -35 minutes at 350. Add fresh whipped cream to garnish.
