Ingredients

    1 pound ground pork or turkey
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    2 Tbs. fresh ginger, grated
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 cups coleslaw mix
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    3 Tbs. soy sauce
    2 Tbs. lime juice
    1 Tbs. Splenda
    2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Tips

Make a double batch if you have a family, as these will get gobbled up quick!


Directions

Brown pork and onions in large skillet and drain fat. Add the ginger, garlic and slaw mix; stir-fry fr 2 minutes until veggies have wilted. Meanwhile combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, then add to the skillet. Cook and stir for one minute. Spoon the meat mixture into lettuce leaves and roll up and eat.

Serving Size: Fills 8 romaine lettuce leaves
