Ingredients

    1/2 cup oatmeal flour
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1 cup spelt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    3 tsp cinnamon
    3 rounded scoops vanilla protein
    2 tbsp chia seeds

    3 large eggs
    1tsp vanilla extract
    5 drops liquid stevia (optional)

    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    3/4 pint blueberries

Tips

the muffins will stick to the cupcake wrapper. Spray cups.


Directions

mix dry ingredients (minus nuts)
mix in wet ingredients
fold in walnuts
fold in blueberries

spray tins/wrappers
poor into muffin tins

Bake 15-17 minutes.
