    Fresh Green Cabbage (1 medium head)
    Jennie-O Turkey Sausage (1 package)
    Regular Potatoes (2 medium)
    Garlic Pepper (1 tsp)
    Olive Oil (1 tsp)


* Heat oil in non-stick skillet on medium heat
* Chop potatoes and throw into skillet, stir to coat with oil
* Chop cabbage and throw into skillet, stir well
* Chop sausage and throw into skillet, stir well
* Sprinkle garlic pepper and stir well
* Cover and cook on medium heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
* Uncover and continue cooking for five minutes, stirring constantly
* Serve immediately
