    1 pound green beans
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    2 cloves garlic


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Snap off ends of green beans. Rinse and dry. Spread beans onto cookie sheet and drizzle olive oil over them. Sprinkle salt and pepper over beans. Cook for 10 minutes. Turn beans over and spread garlic evenly over beans. Cook 10 minutes or until tender
