    1 head of endive chopped up
    One onion chopped
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    3/4 cup sugar
    one package of bacon cut up and cooked with oil from bacon


cut up endive and onion and put in big bowl. Pour vinegar and sugar on top of salad. After cutting up bacon and frying in pan pour over salad, bacon and oil while hot and stir up immediately. serve immediately because it will wilt fast.
