Ingredients

    ½ cup old fashioned oats
    ½ cup 1% milk
    ½ cup water
    ½ medium banana, sliced
    ¼ cup canned pumpkin puree
    ¼ cup liquid egg whites (whites from 2 eggs)

Directions

Lightly boil together milk, water, banana slices, pumpkin puree, and any desired spices.
Once boiling, add the oatmeal. Turn down heat and simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed (~5 min).
Pour in egg whites and stir/whisk constantly to keep whites from scrambling, ~2 min. Serve with toppings as desire (not included in nutrition calculations).
