Ingredients

    *black bean 1/4 cup dry = 1 serving, 4 serving(remove)
    *Rotel Zesty Tomato and Green Chili Sauce, 8 cup(remove)
    *Carrot - raw, chopped, 1.66 cup(remove)
    Celery, raw, 1.66 cup, diced(remove)
    *sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 2 serving(remove)
    *McCormick Dark Chili Powder, 4 tsp(remove)
    *Game meat, bison, raw, 1 lb(remove)
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz(remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)

Directions

Dice carrot, celery and onion. Start bison and ground beef in crock pot with dry black beans, Dark Chili Powder and water. Drain and add 2 20 oz cans of rotel zesta tomato and green chili. After an hour add diced veggies and let cook for 4 hours or until beans are at a texture you like.
