Ingredients

1 Rustic Crust thin whole wheat pizza crust
1 packet Rustic Crust pizza sauce
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 can portabella mushrooms, drained
4 oz. soy cheese (mix cheddar and mozzarella)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees (F).
Place the crust on a pizza pan. For a crispier crust, bake it for 1-2 minutes before adding the toppings.
Top the crust with the sauce, artichoke hearts, portabella mushrooms and soy cheese, in that order, spreading each ingredient evenly over the crust before adding the next.
Bake for 5-7 minutes.
Cut into 8 slices.
Makes 4 servings of 2 slices.
