Ingredients

    1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbs. tomato paste
    1 Tbs. ketchup
    1 Tbs. honey
    1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
    1 Tbs. cumin
    3 Tbs. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Tips

Serve on whole wheat rolls.


Directions

Spray fry pan with cooking spray and brown turkey, add onion and cook 5 min. Add tomato paste and stir. Add spices and stir. Add sauce, honey and vinegar. Cook about 5 more min. Use up to a cup of chicken broth to thin out as needed.
