Ingredients

    15 oz skim ricotta cheese
    1/2 c light sour cream
    4oz can green chilis
    1 lb ground beef
    1pkg taco seasoning
    6 lynn wilson lite tortillas
    4 oz skim mozarella cheese

Directions

Mix ricotta, sour cream in a bowl
Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning, a little water, and green chilis.
In cassarole dish put a layer of cheese mixture
Then 3 tortillas torn to fit
Then a layer of meat mixture
(Repeat layers once more)
Then sprinkle with 4 oz of skim mozarella cheese and bake at 350 for 35-40 min.
