Ingredients

    16 oz. chicken breast
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken, Healthy Request
    Mahatma yellow rice
    1 can drained corn
    1 cup shredded 2% mild cheddar cheese

Directions

Place chicken breast on bottom of the slow cooker. Place diced onions on top of chicken and spoon cream of chicken over the top. Cook on low 8 hours (or however long you need). About 30 minutes before slow cooker gets done cook the yellow rice on the stove. When cooker goes to warm setting, shred the cooked chicken and mix in the rice, corn and cheese. Let sit on warm setting until cheese is melted.
