Ingredients

    1 T Olive Oil
    1/2 green bell pepper, julienne sliced
    1/2 red bell pepper, julienne sliced
    1/2 yellow bell pepper, julienne sliced
    3 oz. Jenny-O Hardwood Smoked Turkey Sausage
    1 slice Tillamook PepperJack Cheese
    1 T chopped cilantro, optional

Tips

This recipe is a good starter if you want to add other veggies, such as mushrooms, onions, celery or whatever.


Directions

Saute all peppers and sausage in olive oil, When softened cover with slice of cheese and mix until cheese melts. Serve on plate.
