Introduction

Low cal, tasty treat for chilli lovers! Low cal, tasty treat for chilli lovers!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cups 0% greek yoghurt
    1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/8 cup honey (or treacle, for richer taste)
    2 tbsp water
    1 - 2 tsp chilli (deep on powder's heat and strength wanted)
    50g dark chocolate, in small pieces (optional)
    1 - 2 tsp ground cinnamon, to taste

Tips

This is very rich and decadent so a smaller portion works.
A great alternative is to leave replace the cinnamon with ground ginger


Directions

1. Place all ingredients except the yoghurt in a saucepan and heat for a couple of minutes until runny and combined
2. Allow to cool for 10 mins, then stir in yoghurt. Once combined, place in fridge for several hours
3. Freeze in ice cream maker
4. Serve!
