Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Aunt Mary's thin & crispy pizza crust
    3 T. pesto
    5 oz. provel cheese
    1 can artichokes
    24 green olives
    2 chicken sausages, sliced
    4 oz. cooked chicken
    1 can mushrooms
    1 t. garlic powder (adjust to taste)

Tips

*LOWER* carb..... but not extremely low. You *can* make it lower in carbs and calories, but this is a bit of a treat. Adjust to your preferences.


Directions

Start with the pesto spread onto the crust. Add a layer of cheese, but reserve about a fourth for on top.
Squeeze the extra liquid out of the canned veggies and chicken. Top crust with everything. Reserved cheese on top. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400.

Serving Size: this is a realistic portion of 1/4th of the pie. Adjust down if you can get by with a single slice.
