Introduction

Even better than a chocolate milkshake for breakfast! And definitely better for you! Even better than a chocolate milkshake for breakfast! And definitely better for you!

Ingredients

    Half an avocado
    Half a medium banana
    1 c fresh spinach
    1 Tbs cocoa powder
    1 scoop (15g) hemp protein powder
    1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
    1 packet Stevia
    1/2 c almond milk
    1/2 c water

Tips

Don't be afraid of the spinach. I include spinach in every smoothie - trust me, you can't taste it but the nutritional benefits are outrageous!


Directions

Blend all until smooth and adjust thickness to your own taste with more water or an ice cube. I actually like it really thick - so much so that I often eat it with a spoon!
