    2 lg cans Enchilada sauce1lb ground beef1t. minced garlic1 sm onion chopped1 can black beans drained1 sm can chopped green chilis18 corn tortillas2c. shredded cheese


Preheat oven to 375
Brown beef, onion, garlic, chilies and beans. then add 1/2c of the enchilada sauce. Dip tortillas in remaining sauce and line the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish ,that's been sprayed with cooking oil, with 6 of the tortillas. The add 1/2 of the meat mixture and sprinkle with some of the cheese. Add another layer of 6 saucy tortillas on top, then add the rest of the meat mixture and more cheese, add one more layer of 6 saucy tortillas then pour the remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 min. Remove and let sit for 5 min. before serving.
