2 cup frozen fruit
1 small banana
200 grams creamy yogurt
1/2 cup wheat bran
5 tsp sugar or to taste
Tips
You can change the yogurt and fruit but that might change the nutritional information. If you need it to be less thick add some extra milk.
Directions
Let the mixed fruit thaw a bit.
Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into 3 glasses.
