    1 C of White Rice
    1/4 C of BBQ Sauce
    2 Chicken Breasts (Boneless, Skinless)
    4 Whole Wheat Pitas
    2 TBSP of Kraft Light Ranch Dressing


You can use various ways of cooking your chicken My favorite is In my Pressure Cooker.
Place Both Chicken Breasts in pressure Cooker with
1/4 Cup of BBQ Sauce, and 1TBSP of water.
Next get a sauce pan to make the rice. Follow the instructions on the rice package.
NEXT lay your Pita bread on the plates and a thin layer of light ranch dressing on each one.
ONce your meat and rice are done cooking place some rice on the pita.
Now, Take the chicken and place on a plate and with 2 forks shred the chicken or you can simply pull it apart in layers, if you would like to add more BBQ sauce for a small amount of flavor Thats Fine.Place chicken in the pita and Serve. Its really good with a side salad.
