    4 slices of Bacon
    1/2 C. Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    1/4 C. Onions chopped
    1/2 C. Bisquick
    1/2 C. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1- 10oz. Collard greens frozen


cook collards and set aside to cool.
fry bacon till crispy then crumb and set aside
in same bacon grease fry onions, till desire consistency.
then add collard greens and mix together in a large bowl.
then add the rest of ingredients and blend well.
Spray pie dish or cake pan and bake for 400 degrees for 30 mins.
