    4 C Frozen Mango Chunks
    1.5 C Low fat Vanilla Yogurt
    1 C 2% Milk (you can use 1% or Skim)
    1 Medium Banana


Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If you want it thicker add more mango.

Makes 6 1-cup servings
