    1 Flour tortilla (burrito size)
    1 oz. Extra Lean Ground Beef (96/4)
    1 T. ON the Border Queso Dip
    1 Mission Tostada
    1 T. Great Value Ligth Sour cream
    1/4 C. Shredded Iceburg Lettuce
    1/2 T Chili Powder
    1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
    1 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1/2 T Green Chilles
    1/2 tsp. Smart Balance Buttery Spread


Brown ground beef. Add your chili powder, garlic, green chilles, and red pepper flakes. Heat your frying pan. Butter one side of the flour tortilla. Flip the tortilla and add add the Salsa Con Queso Dip. Spread in the middle and place the tostada shell over it. Add your beef and lettuce. Take the flour tortilla that is along your tostada and begin wrapping it toward the center. Keep one hand on the top of your wrap, and the other folding it in. Hold securely with both hands and place the wrap open side down. Brown on each side and serve immediately with sour cream on top. My kids love this just as much as the Taco Bell kind! Enjoy!
