Ingredients

    Ground Pork
    Garlic
    Onion
    Onion Powder
    Garlic Powder
    Oregano
    Crushed Red Pepper
    Russet Potatoes
    Evaporated Milk
    Kale

Tips

Can cook over night if cooker stays warm enough to infuse flavors further
Can increase pork if desired for more protein
Can decrease milk and potatoes if carbs are too high


Directions

1) Brown pork, diced onion, and minced garlic in skillet. Add oregano, salt, and red pepper and cook an additional couple minutes. Transfer to crock pot.
2) Add cubed potatoes and broth.
3) Cook on low for a minimum of 6-8 hours.
4) 60 minutes before serving turn crock to HIGH. Add kale and evaporated milk. Cover and continue to cook until edges are bubbly.
