Directions
1) Brown pork, diced onion, and minced garlic in skillet. Add oregano, salt, and red pepper and cook an additional couple minutes. Transfer to crock pot.
2) Add cubed potatoes and broth.
3) Cook on low for a minimum of 6-8 hours.
4) 60 minutes before serving turn crock to HIGH. Add kale and evaporated milk. Cover and continue to cook until edges are bubbly.
