Introduction

I got this recipe off of a Clean Eating website I can't remember which one, but it was wonderful. I more or less typed it in here because we keep making it and I wanted the nutritional count for the food tracker. Hope you like it as much as I did. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 boneless chicken breast
    1 paparika teaspoon
    1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1 Cup Mayonnaise (I like to use Light Mayo)
    1/2 Cup Red Seedless Grapes
    1 Medium Celery Stalk, chopped
    1 Medium Carrot, Shredded
    1 teaspoon Curry Powder




Directions

Rub both sides of chicken breasts with paprika and garlic powder and grill until done. Cut into bite size pieces.
Mix together all ingredients and serve warm.
Makes 4 servings.
