Ingredients

    12 oz. mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
    8 oz. steak, cut up
    2 red potatoes, cut up
    1 can chicken broth
    1 cup water

Directions

Place chicken broth and water in saucepan. Add steak and potatoes, bring to boil, simmer 30 minutes. Add mixed vegetables and simmer 20 to 30 minutes longer.
