chicken breast and tuna are mixed together with ranch packet seasoning and italian dressing along with chick peas for texture, black olives, a little cheese and it makes for a great lunch without bread. Ingredients

    1 10 ounce can chicken breast meat
    1 5 ounce can tuna
    2 tablespoons fat free italian dressing
    1/2 packet of ranch salad seasonings
    8 medium black olives cut
    1 ounce mozzarella cheese
    1/4 can chick peas rinse very well
    1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
