    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 8 large
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Swiss Cheese, 2 oz
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, diced
    *Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Julienne Cut Tomatoes, 2 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray glass pie plate with non-stick spray.
Saute mushrooms in olive oil & add spinach torn into pieces.
Whisk eggs, pour into pan. Top with chopped sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, ham, Swiss cheese & Parmesan Cheese.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes until firmly set and toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
