Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Crust:

    4 ounces softened cream chease
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp Taco seasoning
    8 ounces Shredded cheddar cheese

    Topping:

    1 lb ground beef
    1 TBS taco seasoning
    8 1/2 ounce jar enchilada sauce
    4 ounce jar green chilies
    8 ounces Mexican 4 cheese blend

    Extra toppings you can add:
    Shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa, ripe olives, picled jalapeno strips, guacamole

Directions

Crust: Beat or shick teh cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add the seasonings and mix well. Stir in the cheddar cheese and mix well. Grease a 9X13 casserole. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the bottom. Bake at 350 for 35 min or until browned, but not too dark. Let stand 5-10 minutes before adding other toppings.

Topping: Brown the hamburger and drain fat. Stir in the season, enchilada sauce and chiles. Spread over the crust. Top with the cheese and bake another 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve with topping of your choice.
