    2 cups uncooked pinto beans
    8 c. water
    1 lb. ground chicken
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. frozen corn
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    3 cloves garlic, crushed.
    1/2 t. salt


Put beans and water in slow cooker pot and soak overnight. In morning rinse beans and add 8 more cups of water. Turn to high and leave to cook all day. About an hour before you are ready to eat break up and add the chicken and the remainder ingredients. Cook 1 hour more and then serve. Anyone who wants to spice it up with hot sauce or cumin may after but I don't add that because my all my children don't like spicey. Cheese on top is good too.
