Ingredients

    Spaghetti Squash, 5 cup
    Onion I med yellow onion sauteed in 1 T Olive Oil,
    PC - canola olive oil blend, 4 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Average Roma Tomato, 7 serving
    JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Sweet Lean Italian Turkey Sausage, 5 serving
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Great Value Mozzerella Cheese
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 2 cup (not packed)

Directions

cook spaghetti squash and rake insides for "noodles"
cook tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil and sausage for sauce (cook sausage separately first)
put in casserole dish
layer squash, cottage cheese, sauce and mozzarella on top. Bake until cheese is golden brown.
