    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)
    Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp), 1 serving (remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

put all the ingredients in a blender and mix.
