Ingredients

    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (low fat)
    3 Tbsp cornmeal
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 cup egg beater or 1 egg white
    1/4 cup milk
    16 ounces of Tilapia or other white fish

Directions

Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, corn meal, paprika, and pepper. In separate dish combine egg and milk. Dip fillets in milk mixture, then in flour mixture. Place is greased 9X13 pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
