    6 Cups flour (I mix some wheat, oat and allpurpose)
    3 Cups All Bran Cereal(extra fiber)
    3/4 Cup sugar (or splenda)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Large eggs (4 egg whites)
    1-1/2 Cups Lactaid ff milk (or your milk
    2 Pkg. Fast Rising Yeast (in 1/2 cup of
    warm water-add 1/2 tsp of sugar to
    activate yeast)


Disolve: Yeast in warm water & 1/2 tsp of
sugar. Wait until it starts to rise.

Mix: Flour, Bran, Sugar & Salt.

ADD: Eggs, Warm Milk & Yeast.

Mix all together. I have a hand kneeding pot. Dough will be sticky. If too dry add some more milk. Spray loaf pans and spoon dough into pans. Let rise for 1 hour or more. Bake and let cool.

Bake 400* 40-45 minutes
