Ingredients



    8 oz Rigatoni
    1/4c Sun Dried Tomatoes
    8 oz Chicken Breast
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    2Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 1/2 c Mushrooms sliced
    4 cloves Garlic
    1/2 c Chicken stock
    2 Tbsp Parsley
    1/4 tsp Basil
    1/4 c Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

cook rigatoni. In a small bowl, cover sundried tomatoes with boiling water for 5 mins, drain and chop. Sprinkle chicken with garlic seasoning. In a large skillet heat 1 tbsp oil and add chicken. cook until no longer pink. remove from pan. In same skillet, heat remaining oil over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook and stir til tender. Add chicken broth, parsley, basil, chopped tomatoes and salt, pepper & red pepper flakes to taste. Bring to boil. Stir in the chicken; heat through. Add rigatoni to chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese
