Introduction

I wanted these to be portion controlled so I made my meatloaf in a cupcake pan.

Ingredients

    1/2c (approx 61g) ketchup
    1tbsp dried red & green bell peppers
    1lb ground beef (73/27 in nutrition)
    dash of garlic, onion, & chili powders, & pepper
    I used to use taco seasoning for all the spices.

Tips

There is a lot of fat that cooks out of these. You may want to make it in a loaf plan instead to drain off fat easier.


Directions

-Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
-Stir
-Line 8 of a cupcake pan
-Measure out 65g into each
-Cook 20-25m
-Using a slotted spoon. Scoop out each onto a paper towel lined plate to drain fat.
