Ingredients

    4 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
    ¼ cup butter
    1/8 cup olive oil
    2 cans Snow's chopped clams or 4 lbs. live clams
    ¼ cup white wine
    Pepper
    Parsley


Directions

Cook garlic in butter and olive oil until limp. DO NOT BROWN. Add clams, wine, parsley, and pepper. Add cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp. water. Simmer until slightly thickened.
