Ingredients

1/2 pound ground turkey breast
1/2 pound ground pork
3/4 cup almond flour
8 oz container Daiya Chive and Garlic cream cheese
1 cup shredded almond cheese (4 oz)
1/2 tsp herbamare or salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp tarragon
1 tsp dried minced onion
Tips
You can substitute sausage for the ground meat and spices if you are not allergic to the ingredients.
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together until mixed well. (I mix it up in Kitchen Aid mixer.)
Using a medium "ice cream" scoop, make 24 balls and place each ball in a mini muffin pan. (If you don't have a mini muffin pan, you can put them on a cookie sheet.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
