Ingredients

    16 oz lean ground beef (85/15%)
    1-15 oz can of Chili Style Beans with Chili Gravy
    1-15oz can Dark Kidney Beans
    1-15 oz can Great Northern Beans
    1-6 oz can of tomato paste
    1- 4oz can of diced Green Chilies
    32oz tomato juice (no salt added) (we use home made)

Tips

We like to serve them with Frito's scoops and a bit of shredded cheese on top. Your choice on type of cheese. However, fritos and cheese not calculated in nutritional information.


Directions

Brown ground beef. Drain well
All all ingredients together in slow cooker
Stir well
slow cook 6 hours on low, or or you can cook on stovetop on medium heat for 45 minutes.
