    1 pint Sour Cream
    4 Egg Yolk
    8 Egg White
    6 Cups Flour
    1 pound butter
    2 C. Sugar
    2tsp. baking powder
    1pound walnut


1) Soften Butter for about 30 seconds and add it to mixer
2) Add Baking Powder, Sour Cream, and 4 Egg Yolk to mixer.
3) Slowly add flour one cup at a time
4) Shape dough into about 14-16 1oz balls
5) Wrap in seram wrap and refrigerate overnight
6) Take walnuts and process in food processor until fine
7) Beat egg white until fluffy
8) Mix Walnuts, Egg White, and Sugar and fold.
9) Roll out dough into 12x12 sheets
10) Cut out 8 circles
11) Fill about 2 tbsp of the filling [chopped walnuts, sugar, egg white]
12) Bake at 400F for around 20 minutes
