    1 6oz can tuna packed in water, well drained
    1/3 C chopped cucumber
    1/3 C chopped tomato
    1/3 C choppd avocado
    1/3 C chopped celery
    1/3 C chopped radishes
    1 C chopped romaine lettuce


    4 t extra virgin olive oil
    2 T fresh lime juice
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 t black pepper


To Make Salad: Layer the tuna, cucumber, tomato, avocado, celery, radishes and lettuce in bowl.

To Make Dressing: Mix the olive oil, lime juice, garlic and pepper. Drizzle over salad

Makes one serving.
