    dough for bread machine:
    1 cup water, room temperature
    1 Tbs, olive oil
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    1 1/2 tsp. (half Tbs.) dried oregano
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 cups bread flour
    1 1/2 tsp. (half Tbs.) active dry yeast

    half jar Rago pizza quick sauce
    8 oz. shredded mozarella part skim
    half a green bell pepper, cut into strips (about 1 cup)
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup Hormel turkey pepperoni
    1 Tbs, olive oil for the pan


Makes one 12" pizza, cut into 8 servings

Place the dough ingredients into your bread machine and process on dough cycle (about 1 1/2 hrs.)

Remove dough from machine at end of cycle and roll into 12" circle. Place on a lightly olive-oiled pizza pan, turning any excess dough under itself to form a high crust ridge. Cover and let rise about 30 minutes.

Spread toppings on dough. Place into cold oven. Turn oven to 500 F and let bake appromimately 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Enjoy with a side salad for more veggie power.
