    4 eggs, Hard boiled and peeled
    1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
    2 teaspoons red onion , chopped
    1 small stalk celery, finely chopped
    ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    Sara Lee White Whole Grain Bread


In a large bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, an pepper. Mix until smooth. Fold in the celery, and onion and mix together. Refrigerate until chilled.
