Introduction

This is a mixture that can be mixed with any liquid, soaked overnight, and eaten hot or cold. I use gluten-free steel cut oats to make it gluten free. Ingredients

    2 cups steel cut oats
    1/2 cup raw buckwheat groats
    1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
    1/2 cup hemp seeds
    1/2 cup flax seeds
    1 1/2 t sea salt (or to taste)
    1 T ground cinnamon (or to taste)

Tips

I like to mix 1/2 cup of the cereal with 1/2 cup milk or any milk substitute, refrigerate overnight, and heat for two minutes in the morning. Then top with fruit and maple syrup. Can also be soaked in 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup yogurt.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
