Introduction

This Chili is delicious! Even with no beans the flavor is amazing! This Chili is delicious! Even with no beans the flavor is amazing!

Ingredients

    4 Tsp butter
    2 lb ground turkey
    2 cup chopped red bell pepper
    2 med onions chopped
    1 1/3 cup chopped celery
    2 cloves of garlic minced
    4 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp paprika
    2 tsp ground cumin
    2/8 tsp cayenne powder
    28 oz can of plum tomatoes
    8 oz can chicken broth

Directions

brown ground turkey, remove from pan, put in butter and sauté peppers, onion, celery, garlic and spices. When these are all cooked add in tomatoes and broth. Put all these in the crock pot and put on high for 4 hours.
