Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 1.5 lb
    Pork, loin,cooked 1 lb
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped up
    *Green Chili Peppers, 1 can
    Garlic, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder
    cayenne pepper, 1 tsp
    Bush's Chili Beans, 1 can
    Del Monte Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
    Mateo's Gourmet Salsa, 3 cups

Tips

Add chopped cilantro before serving if desired


Directions

1. brown beef in half of olive oil in a skillet
2. saute onions, peppers, green chilies, garlic in a large sauce pan with rest of olive oil until onions & peppers are soft, season with cumin and cayenne
3. Add pork to beef skillet, stir to mix
4. Add beans, salsa and tomatoes to pan with onions
5. Add meat mixture pot, adjust by adding more tomatoe sauce or water to desired consistency.
6. Simmer for 2-3 hours

Serving Size: makes 10 1.5 cup servings
